Terms.

1. Parties

These Terms govern the relationship between will-translate S.L. and the client placing an order. By completing payment you confirm acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services

will-translate provides professional translation and interpretation services. All translation services are delivered digitally. Certified (sworn) translations may be delivered physically in addition to the digital delivery where requested. Interpretation services are delivered in person or remotely as agreed at booking.

3. Orders and Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. Prices exclude Spanish IVA (21%). A project brief template is sent within 1 business day. The delivery timeline starts from receipt of the completed project brief.

4. Delivery

Timelines are in business days from receipt of the completed brief. Timelines are contingent on brief completeness and timely client review responses. Interpretation services are booked by appointment and governed by separate scheduling confirmation.

5. Revision Policy

Post-delivery corrections within the original scope are accepted within 5 business days of delivery at no additional charge. Requests to change scope after delivery are quoted separately.

6. Confidentiality

All source documents and client information are treated as confidential. All translators engaged by will-translate sign non-disclosure agreements. Documents are deleted after the agreed retention period unless you request otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

Full ownership of the completed translation transfers to the client on receipt of final payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

will-translate total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.

9. Governing Law

Spanish law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gipuzkoa, Basque Country, Spain.
