Refunds.
1. Refund Window
A full refund is available within 48 hours of payment provided that the project brief has not been reviewed and no translation work has begun. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days via Stripe.
2. After Work Begins
Once the project brief has been reviewed and translation work has started, refunds are not available. You will receive the completed translation as specified in the agreed service scope.
3. Delivery Disputes
If delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope and language pair as documented in the brief, we will revise or re-translate the affected sections at no additional cost within a 5-business-day window. If the dispute cannot be resolved, contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
4. Requesting a Refund
Email hello@will-translate.com with subject "Refund Request", your name, order reference, and reason. We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days.
5. EU Consumer Withdrawal Right
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. By completing checkout and accepting these Terms, you request immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge the potential effect on the withdrawal right under Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU once work has started.
