1. Digital Delivery
All translation services are delivered digitally to the client email address. Certified sworn translations include a digital PDF of the stamped and signed document as standard. A physical original is available on request at an additional charge for postage.
2. Delivery Timelines
All timelines are in business days from receipt of the completed project brief. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national holidays and Basque Country regional holidays.
3. Service Delivery Windows
- Document Translation: 2-5 business days
- Legal & Notarial Translation: 3-7 business days
- Technical & Scientific Translation: 3-6 business days
- Website & Software Localisation: 5-12 business days
- Certified & Sworn Translation: 3-6 business days
- Interpretation Services: By appointment
4. Conditions for On-Time Delivery
On-time delivery requires: a complete and clear project brief, timely review response within the agreed window (5 business days for revision rounds), and no mid-project scope changes. Client-caused delays do not constitute delays by will-translate.
5. Delays by will-translate
If we anticipate a delay, we notify the client at least 2 business days before the original delivery date and provide a revised date in writing.
6. Interpretation Services
Interpretation services are delivered in person at the agreed location or remotely via the agreed platform. Booking confirmation constitutes the delivery schedule. Cancellation terms for interpretation services are specified in the booking confirmation.
